Dumpster Enclosure Ordinance Enforcement City of Hollywood regulates dumpster and dumpster enclosures to promote the public health, safety and welfare. Enforcement of the Dumpster Enclosure Ordinance is underway in some areas of the city. These areas are outlined on the map in red. Area I: Pershing St on the north, Pembroke Road on the south, Federal Hwy on the east and I-95 on the west. Area II: Sherman St on the north, Jefferson on the south, Broadwalk on the east and Intercoastal on the west. Some properties within the highlighted area may be subject to the provisions of the Ordinance requiring a dumpster enclosure.
