The Office of the City Clerk is dedicated to providing an array of quality services to the public,
Commission and City Manager. The broad range of services includes: maintaining all official
City documents; administer the City elections, preparing agendas and minutes of
Commission meetings, retention of ordinances and resolutions; providing notifications of
public hearings.
City Commission:
The City Commission is composed of six districts and an at-large Mayor. Please visit the
City Commission for additional information.
Commission
Meetings:
Regular Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month at
1:00 PM. The
agenda and
backup for a regularly
scheduled Commission Meeting is available after 4:00 PM on the Friday preceding the meeting.
Speakers are required to follow the Commission Meeting Procedures when addressing the Commission at a meeting.

Lobbyist Information:
Registration as a lobbyist in the City of Hollywood is required if any person, firm or corporation is
being paid to lobby the City Commission on any petition or issue,
pursuant to Section 30.15 of the Code of Ordinances.
Registration forms are available in the City Clerk's Office, Room 221.

Records and Archives:
In an effort to reduce costs in maintenance and storage of records, the City stores many of its
records at an off-site facility. For records stored on microfilm (such as blueprints) you may
